- Salt & pepper to taste

- 1 bunch broccolini
- Salt to taste
- Lemon wedge (for serving)
Instructions
1. Make the Chicken Patties
- In a bowl, combine ground chicken, onion, garlic, egg, breadcrumbs, parsley, salt, pepper, and paprika.
- Mix gently (don’t overmix).
- Shape into round patties.
- Heat oil in a pan and cook patties for 4–5 minutes per side until golden and cooked through.
2. Prepare the Mashed Potatoes
- Mash the boiled potatoes while hot.
- Add butter, warm milk, salt, and pepper.
- Mix until smooth and creamy.
- Create a small well and drop in extra butter (optional but delicious).
3. Steam the Broccolini
